About
My professional photographer’s journey started in 2008. I had started photography as a hobby way before that. I loved taking photographs and it really planted the seed for a possible future career. Needless to say that I was really flattered when my neighbours, at the time, asked me to capture their wedding! Even more so, because they were both working in the film industry and had a good eye. Their wedding was in Castle Leslie, co Monaghan. A beautiful setting and what made it even more special was their special guest: their horse! It was an amazing experience that I will never forget and always be very grateful for.

My First Wedding
I continued doing wedding photography and also started to explore other types of photography: Portrait and Newborn photography. In 2014 we moved to Bray.
I love Bray, close to Dublin, the sea and nature

This is when I started exploring business photography. I specialised into branding, products and headshots photography. That’s also when food came to the table! I have always been a foodie.
I always loved my food

When I was 4, I used to steal the olives from the fridge. My mum is an amazing cook, she is from the South of Holland, an area very much influenced by the French gastronomic traditions. My grandparents always arrived at our house with a boot full of goodies: vlaaien (a fruit tart from the south of Holland), white asparagus, fresh lambs lettuce and red onions straight from the field, fresh strawberries, a tray of grapes …. We spent our summers in the south of France where my favourite thing was to have dinner in the little restaurants in the fishing harbours. My favourite birthday dinner was artichokes as a starter and mussels and chips as a main course.

Food has always been on my agenda. So, doing food styling and photography was a no-brainer for me…
I have learned a lot of new food photography and styling skills over the years.
